8:00 am – come early to help set up
8:00 am – registration begins
9:00 am – racing
11:00 am – Costume contest
11:15 am – $5 donation lunch
11:45 am – announcements
12:00 pm – Go to ground, American Ninja Terrier
1:00 pm – Bobbing for hot dogs
1:30 pm – Lure Course
3:00 pm – end of events
4:00 pm – finish cleanup
It’s an August Fun Day!
7:00 am – Start Set Up – the more volunteers we have to set up the earlier we can get started
9:00 am – Racing – earlier start time because of the heat!
11:30 am – $5 donation lunch
12:15 pm – Announcements
12:30 pm – Go to ground, American Ninja Terrier, Urban Warfare
2:00 pm – Lure Course
3:00 pm – Fun Day is over and clean up begins
4:00 pm – leave the park

Remember it’s a Fun Day and not a sanctioned trial. The more volunteers we have to set up the quicker we can get started. You’re always welcome to come early to help set up or stay late to teardown.
Typical Fun Day Schedule
9:00 am – Set up begins (come at 8:30 am if you’re an early bird)
9:30 am – The registration table opens
10:00 am – Racing orientation for novice racers – muzzles required
10:20 am or after orientation – Racing starts for everyone
12:30 pm – Lunch
1:00 pm – Announcements
1:30 pm – Go to ground, and lure course. Go-to-ground will start for everyone after a brief novice orientation
3:o0 pm – Teardown
4:00 pm – Release venue
If you volunteer to set up or teardown, we will give you a $5.00 discount for a future Fun Day.
